The University of Montana conducted a study of how much the state of Montana has benefited from the Media act featuring the popular Paramount series "Yellowstone"

ESI Report 

The ESI report was commissioned by the State of Montana to determine the productivity of the Media Act and what results came with raising the cap covering 2000 to 2022.  This report clearly indicates how much the Media Act has done for Montana and why we need to lift the cap completely.
